Use of the website and services

You may use our site and services only if you are legally able to enter into this agreement and you agree to comply with these Terms and all applicable laws.

You agree not to:

  • Use the site in a way that disrupts, damages, or interferes with our services
  • Attempt to access accounts, systems, or data you do not have permission to access
  • Copy, scrape, or harvest content, data, or user information without written permission
  • Upload or transmit malicious code, spam, or harmful content
  • Use our materials in a way that violates intellectual property rights or these Terms

Purchases and payments

If you purchase a course or other paid offering, you agree to provide accurate billing information.

Payments are processed through Stripe. We do not store full credit card numbers on our servers. Stripe’s terms and privacy practices apply to payment processing.

We may refuse or cancel an order if we reasonably believe the transaction is unauthorized, fraudulent, or otherwise unlawful.

Course delivery, access, and changes

Live courses

Live courses are delivered on the schedule shown at registration. We may make reasonable changes to instructors, timing, delivery method, or course format, including moving a session to a virtual format, when necessary.

On demand learning

On demand learning is delivered through our LMS. Access rules, duration, and included features are described on the course page or at checkout and are part of the purchase terms.

Updates to content

We may update course content to keep it current. Updates are a feature of training and do not guarantee that a course will remain identical over time.

Refunds, transfers, and rescheduling

Refund, transfer, and rescheduling terms are provided on the relevant course page, registration page, proposal, or statement of work. Those terms apply to your purchase.

If no specific refund or transfer terms are presented for a purchase, please contact us promptly and we will review your request based on the nature of the offering and the circumstances.

Intellectual property and permitted use

All content on our site and in our training materials, including text, graphics, videos, templates, exercises, slides, courseware, and downloads, is owned by Logical Imagination or used with permission and is protected by intellectual property laws.

When you purchase or access training materials, you receive a limited, non exclusive, non transferable license to use the materials for your internal learning purposes.

Unless we explicitly agree in writing, you may not:

  • Copy, reproduce, publish, sell, sublicense, or redistribute our materials
  • Post course materials to public websites, shared drives, or social platforms
  • Record live training sessions or share recordings
  • Use our content to create competing training products

Trademarks

The trademarks, names, logos, and service marks displayed on our site are the property of Logical Imagination or their respective owners. Nothing in these Terms grants you a right to use any trademark without prior written permission.

Acceptable use in training environments

To maintain a productive environment, you agree not to harass instructors or participants, disrupt learning sessions, or misuse chat, forums, or collaboration tools used during training.

We may remove participants from a session or suspend access to the LMS for disruptive or abusive behavior.

Disclaimers

Our site, services, and materials are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non infringement.

Training and learning content is educational and informational. It is not legal, tax, accounting, or other professional advice. You are responsible for how you apply what you learn.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Logical Imagination will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities arising out of or related to your use of the site or services.

Our total liability for any claim arising out of or related to the site or services will not exceed the amount you paid to Logical Imagination for the specific service giving rise to the claim during the six months before the event that caused the claim.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. The parties agree that courts located in Mount Vernon, Ohio will have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising under these Terms and that venue is proper in those courts.
