GENERAL QUESTIONS
What makes Logical Imagination’s training different from typical corporate training?
At Logical Imagination, training is not delivered as an event or a checklist. We design learning systems that fit real work, not just sessions. Whether it’s live training, blended learning, eLearning, or design engagements, we focus on understanding why learning isn’t working and how it can support actual decision making and behavior change.
This means:
- Learning is designed based on real roles and decisions
- Single sessions are supported by reinforcement and follow-through
- Self-paced learning is structured and purposeful
- Every solution is grounded in design judgment before delivery
If you want to understand this approach more deeply, visit our Learning Experience Design page.
Who are your training services for?
Our training and learning solutions are designed for:
- Organizations seeking real behavior change, not attendance
- Teams that want learning tied to work outcomes
- Leaders who want confidence that training will stick
- Groups with distributed teams or complex decision environments
If you are looking for quick, one-off workshops with no reinforcement, a different approach may work. Our focus is on lasting impact.
What learning solutions do you offer?
We offer four primary learning solutions:
- Learning Experience Design - Clarity before build and delivery
- Instructor-Led Training - Live, interactive engagements designed for understanding and application
- Blended & Reinforced Learning - Structured learning that continues to work after the session
- Custom eLearning & On-Demand Learning - Flexible, intentional self-paced learning
Each modality is designed using the same principles and connects back to real work.
MODALITY AND DELIVERY
How do your live courses work?
Our live courses are interactive and designed for deep understanding, not slides and lectures. Whether delivered online or onsite:
- We design the session to focus on concepts before activities
- Learners engage with examples tied to common work decisions
- There is time for real discussion, questions, and application
- Sessions are often part of a broader learning experience
For practical logistic details, such as how to join a session or what to expect on the day of training, see the Live Courses Support article or contact us.
Are online courses recorded or self-paced?
Our standard online courses are live and interactive, not pre-recorded. They are designed for conversation, practice, and clarity.
For self-paced learning experiences that are intentionally structured, see our Custom eLearning & On-Demand Learning offering.
How do onsite trainings work?
Onsite engagements are tailored to your organization’s needs. We begin with questions about your goals and audience, scope the work intentionally, and design the session for relevance and impact before delivery.
Because these engagements are designed to fit your context, scheduling, outcomes, and pricing are aligned up front.
DESIGN & OUTCOMES
Why should we start with Learning Experience Design?
Learning Experience Design helps you avoid wasted effort. Before we build anything, we clarify:
- What change you actually want to see
- Where learning is breaking down
- What type of learning support will truly help
- How learning will fit into the work people do
This results in a clearer roadmap, better decisions, and more effective learning overall.
If you are unsure which solution makes sense, starting with a conversation around Learning Experience Design is often the smartest next step.
How do you measure success?
We design learning around observable outcomes rather than completion metrics. Success might look like:
- Teams making more consistent decisions after a blended program
- Learners referencing shared frameworks weeks after training
- Automations or on-demand modules being revisited at the moment of need
- Less repeated retraining on the same topics
We help you define what success looks like before we start.
Can you help us decide which solution we need?
Yes. We offer qualified conversations early in the process. These conversations are about understanding your context, not selling.
A short discussion can clarify:
- Whether instructor-led training, blended learning, or eLearning is most appropriate
- Whether learning design work should come first
- What outcomes matter most in your situation

SUPPORT & LOGISTICS
How do I join live online sessions?
You will receive clear instructions prior to your session. We provide support if you need help connecting.
For detailed technical guidance, such as platform preparation or connectivity checks, we recommend reviewing our Live Courses Support guide or reaching out.
What if I am not satisfied with a course?
We stand behind the quality of our learning experiences. If you are not satisfied after a session, we can discuss options like a credit toward another offering or a refund based on the situation.
Can individuals or teams retake sessions?
Yes. If a session is offered and you are enrolled, you may attend again as a refresher, space permitting. This is often helpful when learners want reinforcement or deeper practice with challenging topics.
COMMUNITY & EXPERTISE
Who teaches your courses?
Our instructors are not contract trainers. They are professionals who design, build, or consult on learning systems and projects in real organizations. Many have deep experience in both learning design and real work contexts, which means they bring relevant examples and judgment to every session.
Can instructors help us beyond training?
Yes. Many organizations engage us for broader Learning Experience Design, reinforcement planning, or eLearning development after training. These extended partnerships often begin with trust built from thoughtful learning experiences.
Still have questions?
If you are exploring training options and want help deciding what will actually work for your organization, we are happy to talk. A short conversation can help clarify your goals, identify the right learning approach, and determine next steps.
